Information for Businesses Following Recent Riots

We have had offers of the following to help businesses that have been affected by recent disturbances:

Edmonton Green Shopping Centre, Edmonton N9 0EQ – St Modwen have offered free rent on a short term basis (3 months) on 3 retail units to businesses that have been displaced (just rates & service charges payable). Please contact Matt Beardall, Green & Partners, 020 7659 4836

Installation of free telephone systems (equipment, as many reconditioned phones as they have & installation) have been offered by Nexus IP in Southgate, your normal telephone number can continue. Seeking to help businesses that currently are still not back with a working phone system. Nexus IP have a limited number available. Please contact Peter Last at Nexus IP on 0345 200 1770.

Deposit can be waived for displaced businesses seeking office / workshop space 250 – 700 sq ft at Tottenham Green Enterprise Centre, Town Hall Approach Rd N15 4RX, contact Bob Austin, tel 07956 463 832
